Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid Time Off refers to a non-monetary benefit to give employees the ability to take time off and still be paid for it. This includes break time, vacation days, sick leaves, and more. It is upon the employee's discretion as to when they want to take some paid time off (PTO).

PTO promotes work-life balance and reduces burnout, leading to higher job satisfaction and productivity.
